Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other facility components. Fabricate and weld components as necessary to ensure proper functionality of equipment. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Assist in residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic quality. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits and diagnosing issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
