Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Pool Repair & Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in pool maintenance and repairs who is looking for flexible part-time work. If you don’t have experience on the pool Industry no worries, we will train you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and chemical balancing
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators for proper operation
- Conduct minor equipment repairs and replacements (motors, seals, timers, etc.)
- Diagnose issues and assist with repair projects as needed
- Record service details using our mobile app (training provided)
- Communicate professionally with customers when on-site
- Report any major issues to the Office promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and company-provided tools
Requirements:
- Experience in pool maintenance and/or repairs preferred (we will provide training for the right candidate)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license.
