Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 28 Colby Court, Naples, FL 34110 Caribbean, a mobile home community, located in Naples, FL, is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs routine and preventative maintenance and groundskeeping work. This community is a division of Zeman Homes. Performs groundskeeping duties as necessary. Cleans and maintains community buildings, and facilities. Inspects completes routine maintenance and minor repairs to community buildings, inventory homes and streets and vehicles. Ensures community is presentable and inviting at all times. Requirements Previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred. Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. General knowledge of janitorial work and grounds maintenance. Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment. Ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to provide legible written reports. Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours.
