The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues effectively and provide high-quality workmanship. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Document completed work and report any additional issues or concerns. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.
