The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Fabricate and weld components as necessary for repairs or upgrades. Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers for operational efficiency. Oversee facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Provide customer service support by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly. Supervise maintenance staff when required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality of properties. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of electrical systems and logic controllers. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Previous customer service experience is highly valued. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively. Experience in supervising teams or projects is advantageous.
