OVERVIEW
The Maintenance personal provides cleaning and maintenance to Marina building areas.
KEY TASKS
Maintain all areas of marina buildings keep electric up to code and updated Repair/Maintain water pipes Repair/Maintain offices Fix/Replace and Maintain all mechanical/electrical operations Paint and Maintain all Marina facilities Summer/Winterize all Marina facilities Daily trash removal Daily cleaning of all surface areas Inspect and maintain dock cables Repair any electrical problems Daily walk through of marina Maintain a safe and clean environment Other duties as assigned
