HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
) We are currently interviewing for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician, qualified candidates have at least 5 years of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.
Daily Task Expectations:
- Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
- Maintaining property grounds
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Pool maintenance
- Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential maintenance
- General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
- HVAC Certification/ CPO certification not required but a HUGE plus
- Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
- Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
