Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation and appearance of shopping centers. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of shopping center facilities. Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner. Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management. Maintain and update maintenance records and logs. Assist in the setup and teardown of events and promotional activities. Collaborate with the management team to identify and address maintenance needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of exterior building, shopping center and general maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
