⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Floor Technician (Evening Shift) compensation: 20-25 hourly depending on experience employment type: job title: Floor Technician (Evening Shift) A large janitorial company is hiring a Floor Technician for steady night work. This is a long-term opportunity for someone reliable who wants to learn a skilled trade and earn a consistent living.
Job Duties:
- Stripping and waxing floors
- Scrubbing laminate and tile surfaces
- Carpet cleaning
- Use of floor machines, including side-by-side buffers, auto scrubbers, and other commercial equipment
- Work is scheduled during evening/night hours
- Fridays off; weekend availability is required
Requirements:
- Experience operating floor care machines (side-by-side, auto scrubbers, etc.)
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Clean driving record
- Dependable and willing to work weekend nights
- Bilingual is a plus
