Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Engineering to join our hotel operations team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of the property by responding to maintenance needs, covering shifts as required, and supporting overall facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide shift coverage as assigned
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues proactively and resolve them promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guestfort and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and equipment status.
Respond quickly and professionally to work orders, guest requests, and safety concerns.
to spend a ‘day in the life’ of a hospitality professional at a full-service hotel via our virtual reality experience.
Qualifications
Previous hotel experience preferred Strong troubleshooting abilities in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellentmunication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
