Multi-Unit Commercial Office Building in Winter Park (near 17-92 & Fairbanks Ave) seeks candidate to perform the following:

• Electrical:

  replace light bulbs, converting T8 or T12 ballast to LED

• Plumbing:

  repair/replace faucets, toilet repair, maintain small outdoor fountain (brush, chlorinate, etc)

• pressure wash, painting, light landscaping, organize and maintain storage and supply rooms
• General upkeep and repair; maintain exterior and interior of building by picking up debris/trash, removing cobwebs, polishing stainless steel,

• HVAC:

  change filters, (fan coil knowledge a plus!)

• Various duties as need arises Candidate will assist and report to Property Manager MUST pass background check, have valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation!

MUST read, speak and understand English. MUST have experience in this industry! Additional certification or demonstration of advanced knowledge such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, a PLUS!

NO INSURANCE, NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT, NO FULL TIME
