The E2 family of companies provide a wide array of construction services relating to custom home building, green building, remodeling, and home maintenance services. As a High-Skill Handyman, you will be working at various client homes (inside and outside) to deliver outstanding service while representing the E2 brand. Your skills with trim carpentry, wood stain matching, drywall patch and texture, paint touchups, door/lock/seal adjustment, and fixture installation complement your polite and professional approach with team members and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have high personal standards and will be a dependable, hard-working, and detail-oriented team player.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and exceptional work results to E2’s high end client base in the Winter Park and Maitland area, focusing on small punch list type activities (small jobs where precision and attention to detail is key), primarily for our Concierge clients Some examples of high-skill handyman tasks include: Trim Carpentry, Wood Stain Matching, Drywall Patch & Texture, Paint Touchup, Door/Lock/Seal Adjustment, and Fixture Installation E2 provides other maintenance services for our clients, where you may contribute on occasion (working on ladders and outdoors is sometimes required) Use iPad to status tasks, make notes, take before and after photos Communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
