Apartment Maintenance Professional 8142 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Cordele, GA Full Time Whisperwood Apartments in Cordele, GA with 50 units has an opportunity to join a fantastic team! We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who has excellent scheduling abilities, and a proven leader who positively motivates his/her team through a strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation.
General Maintenance Activities:
Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
