This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Operate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients. Skills Proficient in using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities. Ability to read and understand schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff. Knowledge of electrical systems, for effective diagnostics and repairs. Solid mechanical knowledge related to facilities maintenance tasks. Familiarity with general facilities maintenance practices is essential.
