Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting guest experiences. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
