• What you will need:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in an environment that required mechanical abilities
• Mechanical aptitude to learn how to conduct routine repairs of machinery and processing equipment
• Demonstrated ability to learn how to utilize at a variety of hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
• A valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
• What will set you apart:
• Certifications in welding, plumbing or maintenance/mechanical
• Ability of operate a forklift
• Ability to be taught minor welding/soldering skills
• Able to utilize various hardware/software formats and/or learn quickly how technology drives machinery
• A demonstrated desire to learn and grow with a deep understanding/appreciation of asking for direction and guidance.
