Job Summary:
Zale Fencing is seeking an experienced and reliable Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in installing a variety of fence types and be committed to delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities:
Install fences of various materials and styles, including: Chain link Wood (privacy, picket, etc.) Aluminum Ornamental steel Vinyl Measure and layout job sites according to blueprints or customer specifications Dig post holes and set posts accurately Use power and hand tools safely and efficiently Ensure all installations are completed to Zale Fencing’s quality standards Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
Proven experience in fence installation (2+ years preferred) Familiarity with different fence materials and tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading a crew or working on commercial jobs is a plus OSHA safety training or certifications (not required but a plus )
