We’re looking for someone hands-on who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, working on large industrial equipment . The ideal candidate will have experience in hydraulics, CNC equipment, ovens, furnaces, mills, and lathes . This role involves preventative maintenance and troubleshooting , and any background in medical device manufacturing is a strong plus. Additional experience in a machine shop, foundry, tool & die, hydraulics, and pneumatics is highly valued. This is a tech-level role (not an engineering position), so we need someone with on-the-floor, mechanical/electrical maintenance experience Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, contributing to both safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot electrical issues, including high voltage systems, using schematics and precision measuring instruments. Calibrate and maintain various types of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Work with hydraulics and logic controllers to diagnose and resolve operational problems. Detect faults in machinery and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar maintenance role. Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices and procedures. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings. Experience working with high voltage systems is preferred. Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical systems, and logic controllers. Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
