Job Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance of interior and exterior areas of buildings Troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues Installation of cabinets, doors, flooring, and related items Apartment turnovers and general routine maintenance Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance Must have your own tools , a reliable vehicle , and a valid driver’s license Cell phone required Must be able to participate in on-call rotation including evenings and weekends Must provide a valid Social Security card We will not respond to incomplete applications.
