Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch pool cleaning and maintenance services to our residential clients in the Old Tappan area.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular pool cleaning services, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces Test and balance pool water chemistry, adjusting chemicals as necessary Inspect and maintain pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters Perform minor repairs to pool equipment as needed Identify and report any pool-related issues to the supervisor Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and answering any questions related to pool maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working order Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times Attend regular training sessions to stay current on industry best practices and maintain technical expertise

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ year of experience in swimming pool maintenance or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
