Handyman/Laborer Deer Brook Village 6 Deerbrook Boulevard, North Brunswick, NJ 08902
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated person to join our team. This is a full time position for a hard working individual with a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to maintain the appearance and safety of our mobile home community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor on site such as digging, to repair water lines or correct drainage
- assist in concrete repairs
- maintain the playgrounds, common areas, & streets.
- Train to operate machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Plow/shovel snow
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices
Experience:
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools .
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
