Maintenance Technician Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Maintenance Technician JCM Living Kendall Park, NJ 08824 Maintenance Technician – Responsibilities include, but not limited to ~ preparing vacant apartments for new residents and performing routine and emergency maintenance of all kinds for current residents and must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair & service. The right candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot problems and engage with residents in a positive and courteous manner. Candidate will be required to provide and maintain necessary tools. We are a drug free workplace. All potential candidates will be screened for drugs and criminal background.
