Subcontractor Air Duct Cleaning Technicians & Helpers WellDuct is seeking skilled Subcontractor Air Duct Cleaning Technicians and Subcontractor Helpers to join our expanding team in North & Central New Jersey. We specialize in air duct cleaning, ventilation restoration, and HVAC system maintenance, and are looking for motivated individuals to support our growing customer base.

Positions Available:

Subcontractor Air Duct Cleaning Technicians Subcontractor Air Duct Cleaning Helpers Technician Responsibilities:

Perform air duct cleaning and ventilation restoration services. Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices. Communicate effectively with clients about service needs and results. Maintain and care for job site equipment.

Helper Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with air duct cleaning and ventilation restoration. Set up and manage equipment as needed on job sites. Ensure proper handling and disposal of debris. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety on-site.

Compensation:

Subcontractor Air Duct Cleaning Technicians:

Starting at $1,260 per job (paid weekly)

Subcontractor Air Duct Cleaning Helpers:

Starting at $900 per job (paid weekly)

Requirements:

Experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC system maintenance, or related fields is a plus for technicians. Helpers must be dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Ability to work in physically demanding environments. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
