This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating tools and equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work. Duties Assist with the construction and installation of in-ground swimming pools Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting and site cleanup Handle plumbing and equipment installation under supervision Operate power tools and light machinery Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site Requirements Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor preferred (pool experience is a plus) Familiarity with pool maintenance practices is a plus Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your team members Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
