Maintenance Technician Position Available In Chautauqua, New York

Maintenance Technician 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Jamestown, NY 14701 The Maintenance person is responsible for all needed repairs of the hotel, preventative maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests. They will be taking care of lighting, heating, air conditioning and plumbing issues as they come up. Will also be responsible for upkeep of the pool, front entrance and parking area. Promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination with other departments. Communicate with all department heads to stay informed of issues and changes. Maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests. Maintain and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manor while minimizing waste.
