The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, capable of performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential mobile homes. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks. Respond to repair requests promptly and efficiently. Install fixtures, interior and exterior. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with tenants and homeowners to understand their needs and communicate with management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all tasks. Skills Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for interacting with tenants, homeowners and management.
