This is a fast growing company with a differentiated approach to sales, marketing, and installation service vs. the industry. The primary responsibilities of the role will to support our sales team onsite.

Role/Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of Administrative Office duties as required Answer incoming calls Greet walk-in clients Capture basic information from potential customers Perform a basic/daily walk-through of the model center Report any office, facility/grounds related issues

Light Housekeeping Duties:

As necessary to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere

Support Facility Maintenance:

Performing routine checks on pest control devices, such as traps, to ensure a pest-free environment Replace light bulbs as needed Replace batteries as needed

Requirements:

Passion for Cleanliness Ability to climb a ladder Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs Ability to manage and execute on assignments with competing priorities Problem solving skills
