Express Employment is working with a local Property Management team looking to add an experienced Maintenance Tech to their team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Read and , blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used. Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
