Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems using hand and power tools. Troubleshoot malfunctions using test equipment and manuals. Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Operate and maintain rigging equipment and fabrication tools. Interpret schematics and blueprints. Perform equipment alignment, test stand operation, and component assembly. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols. Who You Are? 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems. Skilled with PLCs, VFDs, welding, CNC equipment, and hand tools. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Physically able to lift 20-50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
