Detailed Description:
Inspect fluid ends for damaged or worn partsWash fluid ends to remove any stagnant sedimentInspect stay rods and tie bars for proper torque compressionReplace valves and seats and packing elementsMake repairs to fluid ends as neededInspect packing bore for wear patterns; retainer nuts for cracked or broken threads; seat desk for cracks or indications of a wash-out; packing bore for wear patterns that could indicate a wash-out; and/or rod bearings, thrust seats, bull gears and pinion bearingsProperly service and maintain fluid ends in a high-cycle environmentAssess diagnoses when service issues occur and make note of repairs as neededSupport maintenance staff with any operational assistance they may needEnsure quality of equipment through preventive maintenance and following company standard operating proceduresDocument work performed within NexTier’s CMMSPerform final inspections of equipment to monitor safety and efficiencyPerform other job duties as assigned

Less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
