Aboutthe role Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing,adjusting, and/or maintaining industrial production and processingmachinery in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. This positionperforms basic troubleshooting and repairs with direction andoversight. Desirable shift schedules! 12-hour workdays on 3rd shift(6:55 pm

• 7 am). We work 2-3-2 rotation. Responsibilities /n
• Supports a safe work environment by following safety policies andprocedures. /n
• Supports a quality work environment by followingappropriate policies and procedures. /n
• Completes weekly,monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance duties on Operationsmachinery, equipment, and tooling per preventive maintenance (PM)procedures and as assigned /n
• Documents required repairs andmaintenance tasks. /n
• Observes gauges, dials, or other indicatorsto make sure equipment is working properly. /n
• Inspectsequipment, products, materials, or packaging to identify the causeof errors or other problems or defects. /n
• Repairs, cleans,lubricates, or adjusts machinery to optimally maintain theequipment. /n
• Disassembles, repairs, or replacesmalfunctioning/broken machinery or equipment components. /n
• Reassembles equipment after completion of inspections, testing, orrepair. /n
• Examines parts for defects, such as excessive wear orbreakage. /n
• Cleans work areas using basic cleaning materials. /n/n Qualifications /n
• Knowledge of machines and tools, includingtheir design, use, repair, and maintenance /n
• Must possess a highlevel of knowledge of machine and tooling maintenance requirements/n
• Must have the ability to disassemble and reassemble machinery,tooling and equipment /n
• Must have the ability to run basicmachine shop equipment /n
• Must have the ability to accurately usecalipers, dial indicators and micrometers /n
• Ability to utilizeMicrosoft Office Products and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Mgmt.

System) /n

• Efficiently manages time and prioritizes tasks to meetdeadlines and goals. /n
• Strong problem-solving skills to identifyissues and develop effective solutions. /n
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills to effectively interact withcoworkers, along with internal and external customers and keystakeholders /n
• Builds strong relationships with others,fostering a supportive and engaged workplace. /n
• Providesexcellent customer service to internal and external customers. /n/n Education & Experience /n
• High School Diploma or generaleducation degree (GED) required, associate degree in technicalfield preferred /n
• Minimum of one (1) year related experience orone (1) year technical training /n
• Training in maintenance/repairof mechanical equipment and machinery a plus /n
