As a keymember of our property maintenance team, you will be responsiblefor: Maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollar luxurycommunity ensuring a quality living experience for our residentsUtilizing your troubleshooting and technical skills to identify andresolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water,swimming pools and security systems Developing a strong rapportwith residents and assisting them with resolving various generalmaintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall,etc.) in a timely manner Working closely with the service team, youwill help prepare vacant apartment units ensuring they are ready tolease to prospective residents per company specifications Helpingthe service team maintain a strong curb appeal at the property

Qualifications:

1 years of related general maintenance experienceGeneral knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical,plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry CPO certificationrequired (can be obtained after hire) Fair housing trainingrequired and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferredSome experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook) Strongcustomer service skills At times, will be required to be on call

Pay Range:

$18.50

50 per hour This pay range isapproximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent uponcertain factors such as related job experience, education,training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please notethis pay range does not include any additional compensation thisposition may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissionsor bonuses.
