Qualifications:
At least two years of maintenance experience Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Communicate effectively with tenants and schedule maintenance appointments Maintain property appearance and perform landscaping Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs Ensure compliance with safety and building codes Manage an organized inventory of tools and supplies To apply, please submit your resume.
