Pay:

$22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00

PM What You’ll Do:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and household appliances
Maintain compliance with building codes, HUD, and REAC inspection standards
Operate hand tools, power tools, and test equipment safely
Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and service requests accurately
Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and schematics
Conduct boiler and domestic water system checkups
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required
HVAC Certification is

REQUIRED

Minimum 4 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or mechanical repairs
Solid knowledge of building systems and codes
Strong skills in at least one trade, with general knowledge of others
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and climbing
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
