Machine Maintenance Technician:

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintainproduction machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Perform mechanical and electrical skills that includemechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC’s, and LadderLogic. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns onmachines, tools, and equipment. Perform root cause analysis, as needed, to increaseserviceability and reliability of equipment to increaseperformance. Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems, replaceor repair parts, testing, and adjusting. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipmentduring production. Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipmentduring machine service. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment,and plant facilities. Ensure successful testing of equipment to ensure properoperation after repairs. Job Requirements for

Machine MaintenanceTechnician:

High School Diploma/GED Required. College or technical degreeis encouraged but not required. Appropriate certifications; from a vocational school ormilitary or completion of apprenticeship. 1-2 years’ experience in a related field, preferably in amanufacturing environment as an Industrial MaintenanceTechnician.
