Maintenance Technician Alliance Plastics Rock Hill, SC 29730 Summary As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and technology, directly contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct electrical troubleshooting using Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools. Utilize welding skills to fabricate and repair components as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. Assist in the installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing systems. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing environment. Proficiency in welding techniques and electrical systems. Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot older machinery. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in manufacturing processes. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
