Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and methods. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in maintenance work is preferred.
