About the Role
Adecco is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our client’s dedicated team at residentialmunity in Chittenden County. If you take pride in hands-on work, value teamwork, and thrive in a fast-paced environment w no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our maintenance team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping ourmunity safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Your duties will include:

Responding promptly to daily work orders and maintenance requests
Supporting unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and general repairs
Maintaining the grounds and handling seasonal tasks, including snow removal
Picking up supplies from local vendors for the on-site resident food pantry
Participating in the emergency on-call rotation
Work Schedule

Standard Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What You Bring
A strong customer service mindset and clearmunication skills
Hands-on experience in apartment maintenance and repairs
Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, custodial
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay Details:

$24.00 per hour
