Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction Meet customer commitments Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury Willing to lead and train team members Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished Proper handling and storage of warranty parts

Technician Requirements:
