Job Duties:

Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles Conducting moisture readings and assessments Creating and implementing drying plans Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines Maintaining photographic and written documentation Warehouse organization and maintenance

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be reliable, driven, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed directions. Basic understanding of technology and computer skills. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
