Job Description
Culligan Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking for a Field Service Technician in Lawrenceville, GA to perform installation and service maintenance on household and commercial water treatment systems.

Responsibilities include
- Installation of water treatment equipment to customer’s homes
- Work with water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems
- Will learn to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Follow procedures/protocol for equipment installation and maintenance
- Work with filters, pumps, motors, piping and other mechanical systems
- Collect water samples and perform tests on water treatment systems
- Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, sanitizations and equipment exchanges
- Maintain accurate service and installation records.
Experience
- High School diploma or equivalency
- 1 to 3 years’ experience as a technician working with installation, set up and maintenance
- Experience with plumbing, water softeners and reverse osmosis systems helpful
- A minimum of 3 years customer service experience required
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes helpful
- Understanding of water chemistry helpful
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience and ability to work independently without supervision
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience driving a service vehicle helpful
- Ability to read a map.
