Cleaning and Restoration Technician Superior Restoration Services 4 Colorado Avenue, Camden, ME 04843 Superior Restoration Services is seeking a full time cleaning and restoration technician to join our team. Prior experience in restoration and knowledge of basic construction and demolition is always a plus but we will train the right person with the right attitude and personality. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: No one day is ever the same at Superior Restoration Services
- we offer water, sewer, fire, soot, and mold remediation services as well as hoard and estate cleans, biohazard cleaning, sewer backups and post construction cleans. The grosser the better! Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn;
- Ability to work on a team;
- Valid Drivers License and ability to pass a criminal background check;
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.;
- Ability to work occasional overtime (with advance notice);
- Maintain a clean and safe work space.
