About Us We’re a respected 5-person team specializing in industrial inkjet printers, print finishing, and mailing equipment. With over 40 years in business, we’ve built strong relationships with customers throughout Missouri and central and southern Illinois. We’re growing with new sales territories and product lines, making this an exciting time to join our team. The Opportunity We’re looking for someone to learn from our retiring 30-year veteran technician, who will provide several months of hands-on training and mentorship. You’ll also have support from our experienced Kansas City technician (25 years of experience) and factory-trained supplier support. What You’ll Do Service and repair industrial inkjet printers (Kirk-Rudy and similar brands) Work on print finishing equipment (Duplo, MBM) and labeling/tabbing machines Average 1-2 service calls per day (1-2 hours each) 75% local St. Louis area, 25% day trips, 1-2 overnight stays per month Build lasting customer relationships through quality service

Work-Life Balance:

Monday-Thursday:

7:30am-4:00pm,

Friday:

7:30am-3:00pm No on-call or emergency coverage No micromanagement – flexible for appointments and personal needs Reasonable workload with time to complete calls properly

What You Need Experience:

To help ensure you’re a good fit, we prefer someone with at least one year of experience in troubleshooting and repair of electro/mechanical products or machinery.

Skills:

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance
