Your Impact We’reactively seeking an individual to:

• Diagnose basic mechanical,software, network, and system failures using establishedprocedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canonstandards and specifications.
• Maintain working knowledge andaptitude of multiple product groups. This includes basic aspects oftroubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Meet and exceed customer demandsby providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-sitemaintenance.
• Properly maintain all technical information, FieldService Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Maintain all technical information and Canon property assigned andprovide direction to less experienced technicians.
• Provide thesolutions of escalated technical and/or customer service-relatedproblem areas for any territory requested.

We’re looking for a dedicated individual with:

• HSDiploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 yearsof related experience.
• A basic understanding of internetenvironments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductoryperiod and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations)new-hire class.
• The ability to travel (valid driver’s license andacceptable driving record necessary).
• The capability to work in a24/7 environment, while performing shift work and on-callrotations.
• Required to take all necessary steps to obtainsecurity and/or other clearances required by customers to enter thecustomers’ premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be activemore than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing,stooping/kneeling). We are providing the anticipated rate for thisrole: $21.50
