You should be able to accurately diagnose faulty equipment and determine the best route of repair. The ability to provide great customer service to our clients while using critical thinking skills to repair a machine is a must in this customer-facing role.

Job Responsibilities:

Setup, Configure, Install & Train Customers on the use of New Office Equipment such as Printers, Copiers, Scanners, Folders, Shredders, and Copier Management Software Provide Routine Service & Maintenance on Printers, Copiers, & Scanners Maintain toner levels at high profile customers, delivery, and replacement of toner cartridges in machines. Willingness to travel for training Job Requirements High School Diploma Required CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification a PLUS Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time Ability to work in various environments including hot and cold temperatures Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
