The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong technical background and a commitment to quality work. As an Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and enhancing the efficiency of our equipment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques. Repair or replace defective parts as necessary to restore equipment functionality. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Shall provide additional production support with Gravity Flow and Germination equipment, control HMIs, HVAC system and overall plant systems as needed Skills Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
