Work ExperienceMain Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance
• Cleaning coils, replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting components
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Diagnosing issues with heating or cooling systems and fixing problems like broken thermostats, leaks, or faulty wiring
• System inspections
• Ensuring everything is working safely and efficiently, often as part of seasonal checkups (especially before summer or winter)
• Installing equipment
• Setting up new HVAC units, ductwork, thermostats, or ventilation systems
• Testing and calibrating
• Making sure systems are properly balanced, airflow is correct, and everything meets regulations
• Updating logs and reports
• Documenting what was done, any parts replaced, and recommending future work.
