Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced HVAC Technicians for a school project in Naples, FL. All technicians must have a valid JLA badge to be eligible for the job. This is a great opportunity for skilled HVAC professionals ready to take on immediate, steady work in a secure and structured environment.
Work Scope Includes:
Installing and running ductwork (spiral and rectangular)
Setting units, hangers, grilles, and curbs
Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints
Sealing and insulating duct systems as needed
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment on school property
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience
JLA badge is required
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work independently and follow direction
