We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heat Pump/HVAC – FieldService Technician to join our growing team in Fort Myers, FL. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providingadvanced assistance to customers in the field to diagnose and solvedocumented and undocumented service and installation issues.
Service Technicians will also support the phone and otherelectronic communication. Service Technicians are required to driveCompany vehicles to and from customer locations.

What We’re Looking For:
EPA Certification:
Must have an EPA license to handlerefrigerants.
Field Service Experience:
Experience relating to Heat Pumps andHVAC equipment.
Customer Service Experience:
2-4 years in a customerservice-related role, preferably in insurance/manufacturing.
Bilingual:
Fluent in Spanish and English preferred but notmandatory.
Computer Proficiency:
Strong skills in MS Office Suite and otherrelevant software.
Driver’s License:
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work weekends, staggered shifts, andholidays.
What You’ll Do In This Role:
Provides verbal and written technical assistance to customers onproduct service, installation, repair and general product questionsfor complex multi-family and/or large-scale commercialprojects. Troubleshoots errors, diagnose problems, explains and initiatesrepairs process (Heat Pumps and Gas). Explain and interpret warranty information to customers as theyapply to products. Arranges for malfunctioning or defective items to be returned forrepair or replacement. Uses computerized system for tracking requests, troubleshootingproblems, assessing parts or spares inventory, documentingresolutions, or determining warranty eligibility. Follow up on calls to ensure resolution and maintain service ormaintenance records. Tests and repairs company products by travelling to the customer’slocation. Connects products to power source and test meters. Provides troubleshooting as well performing installation ofequipment. Ensures the equipment on which they have performed troubleshootingis in proper working condition. Use a variety of tools and maintains parts inventory. Maintains service and/or maintenance records.
