HVAC Tech Position Available In Lee, Florida

What We’re Looking For… We have a full-time opportunity for a qualified HVAC Technician to work 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday- Friday, with some scheduled on-call and weekend rotations. This person will provide HVAC service and maintenance across the entire property. This will require knowledge of both residential and commercial HVAC equipment, commercial refrigeration, residential appliances and also both hot and chilled water systems. Duties will include resolving daily work order requests; provide preventative service maintenance throughout assigned areas and perform emergency repairs when required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of building mechanical systems including, plumbing and electrical. Must be able to work unsupervised and also in a team environment, required to communicate professionally with residents and staff. Must own common tools to perform job duties. EPA certification required, along with at least two year of service experience.
